Back up your Twitter Followers periodically to preserve your tribe in case of a #fail at Twitter. You can also back up your Tweets, Friends and Direct messages. Just go to tweetake.com click on what to back up and click “Get ‘um!”

Then just download the .csv file to your hard drive.

Periodically back up your followers and just save the most recent back up file.

I am surprised at how fast twitter has become a defacto place to post your updates and keep in touch with freinds and relatives around the world.
